FTZ Complaints Procedure

In any complaint concerning a business based in the Trafford Centre you should follow these three steps:

Contact the shop as soon as possible. The shop will deal with your complaint in accordance with the FTZ Code of Practice.

If you are still unhappy with the outcome, tell The Trafford Centre Customer Service desk staff. They have been trained to deal with customer complaints.

If after following stage 1 & 2 your problem has not been settled to your satisfaction please contact us using the details below or use the Trafford Trading Standards online complaint form

If we are unable to resolve the complaint we will advise you on the best means of pursuing your claim. This may involve obtaining an expert report in which case we will try to give you an indication of the cost. We will also ensure that the retailer agrees to accept the report findings and to settle any costs incurred in proving your claim.
